Secrets AI Review (2026): Discreet, Well Built, and Metered Down to the Last Moment

Discretion and billing: what Secrets AI actually hides

Secrets AI hides three things well: your identity at signup, the name of the service on your card statement, and your voice. It does not hide the fact that it is a US company subject to US law, and it does not hide your chat text from its own models. Both halves matter, so here is what the official pages say, as opposed to what affiliate sites say.

Signup on Secrets AI without a name

Registration on Secrets AI needs an email, a username and a password, or a Google or Apple login if you prefer. The age gate is a “Yes, I am 18+” confirmation, not a document check, which is the norm on the platforms in our adult content policy. The privacy policy says you “may provide your name,” which in practice means the field is optional; nothing in the flow forces it. A throwaway email works, and the wiki’s own instructions for changing your login email assume people do exactly that. Contrast this with platforms that want a phone number, which I cover in the privacy scorecard.

The S LABS INC statement line and the ways to pay

The wiki’s Moments and Payments page says card charges “show as S LABS INC on your card statement,” and section 5.2 of the privacy policy repeats it. The checkout copy adds “Billed discreetly as” above the name. Secret Labs Inc. is the legal operator of Secrets AI, so this is a truthful abbreviation, not a fake merchant.

You will find third-party review sites, several of them on affiliate-hosted domains, claiming the charge appears under an unrelated company name. I could not find that wording anywhere on secrets.ai or wiki.secrets.ai, and the two official sources agree with each other, so I treat S LABS INC as the answer until the platform says otherwise. If the exact wording matters to you, check the confirmation email after the first charge, which is where I would look on any platform.

The wiki lists Visa, Mastercard and Discover, with the note that there are no cooldown timers or daily purchase limits on Moments. Crypto payments go through NOWPayments with a $20 minimum and “300+ cryptocurrencies accepted”; failures there are handled by Discord tickets or NOWPayments directly, not by the card processor. A third option exists as a “last resort”: prepaid Premium or Ultimate keys sold on G2A in 3-month and 12-month terms, redeemed at secrets.ai/redeem, which do not auto-renew and cannot extend an existing plan. Crypto subscriptions cannot be resumed after cancellation; you buy again through a new checkout. Compared with the card-only checkouts on Candy AI and most of the NSFW field, Secrets AI gives a privacy-minded buyer more routes than anyone else.

Cancelling Secrets AI, and what a cancelled account keeps

Cancellation is three steps: Settings, Manage Subscription, Cancel, with a short reason prompt. Access continues to the end of the paid period, the Moments balance stays intact until then, and chats, memories and generated content are preserved on the Free tier afterwards. That last point cuts both ways for discretion: nothing is deleted unless you delete the account, which the app does with a “Delete My Account” action that also cancels active subscriptions. The refund policy is strict, which I cover below, and one independent tester described a longer, guilt-trip cancellation flow with a countdown; the wiki describes three clicks, and my own cancellation matched the wiki. I would still cancel Secrets AI a few days before renewal, not on the day.

The Moments economy on Secrets AI

Moments are the real price of Secrets AI. The subscription is the ticket in; Moments are what you spend once inside, and the platform is designed so that text is free and everything visual, audible or social costs credits. The rates below are from the official wiki, checked on the date at the top of this review, and the wiki notes the exact video cost is always shown on the Generate button before you commit.

What every action on Secrets AI costs

Images cost 50 Moments in the standard Premium mode and in Advanced mode at 1K or 1.5K; 2K doubles that to 100, each extra reference photo beyond the first adds 10, and an SFW image edit is 50. Adult-mode video is a flat 600 Moments for an 8-second 720p clip; Advanced and Standard video “varies by resolution and duration.” Audio calls run 50 Moments a minute, group calls included. A second custom character is 500 (the first is free), regenerating a character’s look is 100 per batch of four options, a persona avatar is 150 after the first, and text-to-speech is 10 Moments per 100 characters of the final reply. Character bundles, packs of exclusive photos and videos for one companion, are bought with Moments too, and so are the later episodes of Shorts. A request stopped by a safety check is never charged, and a generation that fails after starting is refunded automatically.

How far 8,000 Moments go on Secrets AI

On paper, Premium’s 8,000 monthly Moments are 160 standard images, or 13 adult videos, or 160 minutes of calls, if you spend on nothing else. In practice you mix them, and a video habit ends the month early: two adult clips a week is 4,800 Moments before a single image. Ultimate’s 15,000 buys more headroom and a 15% bonus on top-ups (Premium gets 10%), but at $39.99 that is the price of Nomi and Candy AI combined. My own month on Premium ended with the grant gone and a small top-up, which is the pattern users describe on Trustpilot when they call Secrets AI “rather pricey” while still rating it five stars.

The rule that stings is the reset. Grant Moments are set back to the tier amount on the renewal date; unused ones do not roll over, so the total can go down at renewal. Purchased Moments do not expire. The one exception is upgrading mid-cycle from a monthly plan, which converts unused grant Moments into non-expiring top-up Moments before adding the new tier’s grant. That exception is generous; the base rule is not. The retired Plus plan and the Secrets AI migration

Until this year, Secrets AI had five tiers: Free, Lite at $5.99 with 1,000 Moments, Plus at $9.99 with 3,000 Moments, Premium and Ultimate. The wiki’s Legacy Plan Migration page now says Lite and Plus “were retired for new subscribers a while ago” and remaining members are being moved to Premium at their next eligible renewal, with an email and in-app notice at least 14 days before the first charge at the new price. The migration table shows what that means in dollars: monthly Plus at $9.99 becomes Premium at $19.99, the 3-month plan goes from $24.99 to $49.99, 6-month from $44.99 to $89.99, annual from $79.99 to $109.99. Members can cancel before their change date and keep access to the end of the paid period. Anyone reading a 2025 review that recommends Plus is reading about a plan Secrets AI no longer sells, and the Plus row in my pricing table is there only to make that clear. Image, video and Shorts on Secrets AI

Secrets AI’s visual features are where the money goes and where the platform is strongest. The changelog shows a July 2026 model upgrade for Advanced image mode, V2 companions that only generate in Advanced mode, a Generation Studio that puts images and videos on one page, and Secret Shorts, a mini-drama format that launched on August 12, 2026.

Two image modes on Secrets AI, and why Advanced wins

Premium mode takes comma-separated tags up to 1,000 characters and produces “good” realism, in the wiki’s own word. Advanced mode takes a natural scene description up to 2,000 characters, up to five reference photos pulled from your gallery, five aspect ratios and 1K, 1.5K or 2K resolution, with 4K listed as “coming soon.” The wiki says Advanced “more accurately preserves your companion’s exact facial features, hair, skin tone, and body type,” and that matched my results: the same companion looked like the same person across a dozen generations, which was not true of the standard mode. Batch generation produces up to eight images at once, presets cover outfit, action and scene, and group images can include up to three companions chosen automatically from the chat context. Trustpilot’s recurring complaint is deformed hands and poses that ignore the prompt; I hit it in Premium mode more than in Advanced. For a platform whose whole pitch is visuals rather than discretion, Candy AI remains the comparison, and the NSFW ranking puts the two side by side.

Video, Shorts and audio on Secrets AI: what the Moments buy

Video requires Premium or Ultimate and always starts from a generated image. The Advanced model comes in Quality (480p to 4K, 4 to 15 seconds, audio always on) and Fast (up to 720p) variants, with first-frame and end-frame control or up to five reference photos and three reference clips. Standard is the legacy SFW model with optional audio. Adult mode is fixed at 720p, 8 seconds, no audio, 600 Moments. The wiki’s prompting guide is unusually honest about what breaks the model: more than one camera movement per shot causes jitter, and it recommends 50 to 200 words focused on motion rather than re-describing the scene. Generation took a couple of minutes per clip for me, and one independent reviewer estimated roughly a 70% success rate, which is close to my experience; the automatic refund on failure takes some of the sting out.

Shorts are short serialised videos “starring your companions,” with new episodes weekly, according to the homepage. The first episodes play free, later ones must be unlocked in order, and the unlock dialog tells you the cost in Moments and offers a top-up if your balance is short. At the end of an episode the player invites you to chat with the featured companion. It is a clever funnel and a pleasant one, but it is another drain on the same grant that pays for your images, and there is no wiki page yet documenting per-episode prices, so budget for Shorts as an unknown.

Audio calls cost 50 Moments a minute with any companion, support more than 70 languages, and work in group chats in beta at the same rate. Audio is transcribed in real time and, per both the wiki and the privacy policy, deleted immediately; only the transcript stays so the companion remembers the call. Text-to-speech on a written reply costs 10 Moments per 100 characters, and each companion in a group uses its own voice. The voices are good, and reviewers agree, but a ten-minute call is 500 Moments, a tenth of the Premium grant, so on Secrets AI this is a treat rather than a habit. The Secrets AI privacy policy, clause by clause

The Secrets AI privacy policy is dated April 10, 2026, names Secret Labs Inc. as the data controller, and is more specific than most of the category. It is also where the marketing and the legal text disagree, so I read it in full and quote the parts that decide whether the discretion promise holds.

What Secrets AI collects and how it is protected

Section 2 lists AES-256 encryption at rest for “all stored personal data and content,” TLS 1.2 or higher in transit, role-based access controls for staff and continuous access monitoring. Section 3 says chat text “may be stored and processed,” notes that you cannot upload files or images (all media is generated), and confirms the audio-call rule: transcribed in real time, audio “immediately and permanently deleted.” Automatic collection covers usage data, device identifiers, country-level location from IP, cookies and logs. Payment is handled by PCI-DSS processors; Secrets AI keeps the last four digits, card type, billing address and transaction ID. This is a competent security section, but it is not end-to-end encryption, which is what the homepage claims; the company can read your chats, and it says so in the next section.

Model training and the missing opt-out

Section 4 lists “to analyze usage patterns, train and improve our AI models, and develop new features” among the purposes for using your information. I searched the policy, the terms, the settings page and the whole wiki for a training opt-out or a “private mode,” and found none on any official Secrets AI page. Several third-party reviews describe a per-conversation Private Mode that excludes chats from training; it does not appear in the wiki, the changelog or the app strings I could see, so I treat it as unconfirmed. If you need your text excluded from training, the only reliable path today is not to write it, or to delete the account. This is the same gap I flag on Nastia and Swipey, and it is the main reason no adult platform scores above 8 on privacy in my protocol.

Retention, deletion and the Secrets AI privacy grade

Section 7 is the strongest part. Personal identifiable information and chat history are “deleted immediately upon account deletion.” Transaction records are kept for seven years for tax and accounting, “in anonymized or pseudonymized form where possible.” Security logs are kept up to 12 months and “do not contain personally identifiable information.” Deletion requests go to support@secrets.ai, with possible identity verification, and the app has its own Delete My Account action. EEA and UK users get GDPR rights with Secret Labs Inc. as controller; Canadian users get PIPEDA rights; California residents get CCPA and CPRA rights. The terms of service add that the company is “registered in both Canada and the United States,” require arbitration on an individual basis, forbid characters based on real people, and claim a 2257 exemption because no real humans are depicted. Data may be processed outside your country under Standard Contractual Clauses, and policy changes come with 14 days notice.

Secrets AI gets a 7 for privacy on my scale: clear entity, clear encryption standard, clear retention per data category, no-name signup, neutral billing line, deleted voice audio. It loses points because chats are training data with no opt-out, because the homepage overstates the encryption, because the age gate is a checkbox, and because a Delaware company answers to US legal process, which the policy acknowledges under “Legal Requirements.” That is still better than most of the field in the privacy scorecard, and it is the reason the discretion score carries this Secrets AI review rather than the price.
